截止2019年10月17日，新建商品房批準(zhǔn)預(yù)售 17719套，批準(zhǔn)預(yù)售面積199.33 萬平方米，1-9月的供應(yīng)量同比增長  52.47  %；其中，新建商品住房批準(zhǔn)預(yù)售  10622  套，批準(zhǔn)預(yù)售面積 136.26 萬平方米，同比上漲 54.12 %。9月份，新建商品住房批準(zhǔn)預(yù)售  2414  套，批準(zhǔn)預(yù)售面積 30.81 萬平方米，環(huán)比上漲  486.86  %，同比上漲 139.95 %。

房地產(chǎn)開發(fā)用地供應(yīng)30宗，總面積94.523 公頃，同比增長9.76 %；其中，住宅用地供應(yīng)24 宗，總面積  78..8278 公頃，同比增長 65.06 %（去年同期供應(yīng)房地產(chǎn)用地36宗，面積47.7566公頃）。
